This means that they will be cutting Jared’s right tibia within 3-4 inches above the ankle. They will then rotate the tibia back into the correct position and hold in place with a plate and screws. They will then release the tendons on the inside of the foot and shorten the tendon on the outside of the foot that has been stretched out of shape. The T-N Fusion is where they will place a screw behind the joint of the big toe and fuse two of those joints together to keep the foot in line and try to prevent the foot from rotating again.
